It’s less stable than slow ring which gets updated in a much slower pace. But since anything released from slow ring is more reliable and features ready, it also releases ISO images along with updates through Windows Update. ISO images are perfect for those trying out the new Windows 10 from a fresh installation.
The latest official Windows 10 Technical Preview build is 10074, which happens to be released through slow ring. Therefore, you will get the ISO images with different languages at the same time.
