Aug 18, 2018 - I've selected iTunes, Downloads, Music, and Local Music, which can. And one final caveat: Local files in Spotify playlists — saved for offline. If local files from your Mac or PC don’t get synced with Spotify and instead, Spotify shows you ‘similar’ tracks that you can download instead, that’s going to be one big headache. This usually happens when you have music tracks with meta data that’s way too similar to the ones Spotify has on its server. How To Download Local Files On Spotify Account

Hi /r/spotify

Does anyone know how I can clear my 'Local Files' from Spotify? I've googled it and so far I've done the following:

How To Download Local Files On Spotify
  1. Unchecked all sources in Preferences.

  2. Logged out Spotify and fully closed the program.

  3. Re-opened Spotify, logged in again.

But the Local Files are still showing. When I try and play one, it looks as if it starts to play but stops at 0:00, with the album art showing in the bottom right.

The reason I want to get rid of them is that around a third of them appear as track names only, with no artist or album info. When I try to play them, Spotify says it can't find the source file. Basically, 'Local Files' is an unorganised mess and is doing my head in!

Thanks in advance.

I’m a Spotify Premium member for 3 months. I download some Ariana Grande music tracks for listening. How to keep these music be offline playing after the subscription is end?

Offline mode is very useful for listening to your music on planes or in locations that don’t have an Internet connection. It’s also a good way to reduce data usage by synchronizing your playlists when you have a Wi-Fi connection and listening to them in offline mode. If you’re a Spotify Premium user, you can listen to Spotify’s 13 million tracks from your iOS or Android device. You can quickly mark Spotify playlists and make them available offline directly from your phone – your computer doesn’t need to be on because you download tracks directly from Spotify’s own server.

However, the number of tracks you can sync is limited to 3,333 tracks, and you’ll also be required to log in to your Spotify account once a month to verify that you’re still a premium member. Since Spotify Music is DRM-protected, you can play it as local MP3 music files for offline playing when you stop the subscription, you can’t play it on MP3 player during the subscription, you can’t play record it to CDs freely. So here is the question, how to listen to Spotify Music for offline playing without subscription? To offline play Spotify Music without subscription, you need a perfect music converter tool – Spotify Music Converter.
